I designed this poster in my Typography II course. The objective was to design a poster that not only informs the viewer about a specific typeface, but also shows characteristics of the typeface’s history. Akzidenz-Grotesk is a German typeface that gained popularity through Swiss Typographic Style, and that’s what inspired my design.
